If you are clicking the Build a Gang Sheet button on your product page and it just spins, this means that you likely have not finished the product setup process. Please return to the app and navigate to the Products sub-menu within the app. Click the edit link to the right of the product name and make sure that all artboard dimensions are filled in. Click Save and it should work after that.
